Guadalupe began working at BBVA in 2002, coinciding with the deep restructuring that the entity carried out in its organization chart and shortly after it merged with Argentaria.
Since then, she has been overcoming numerous internal selection and promotion processes, holding the position of Director of several BBVA offices in Madrid for more than ten years.
She is currently Director of CBC in Alcorcón, which implies being responsible for 6 offices, leading a team of 21 people and serving a total volume of approximately 16.000 clients.
This young director retains the capacity for work, ambition and the desire to continue growing professionally. Attitude and values that she says she acquired during her time at the URJC and that have allowed her to be part of a large company and get to where she is today.
In addition, she confesses to having very good memories and great friends from that university stage, in which many of her professors not only taught subjects, but also transmitted their application to the world of work, which for her has been of great help in her professional career.
