Ana María holds the position of Head of Reception at the Eurostars Hotel Pinto Sands, which represents a high level of professional responsibility for our young graduate. Among other tasks, it is in charge of the organization and management of the personnel of the reception department, credit control, group reservation management, event management and quality; as well as the support and supervision of the rest of the existing departments in the hotel.
Before assuming the position of Head of reception, she worked as a receptionist in the same hotel for five months. After that time, the company offered her to move to a hotel in Vienna for a period of six months, which she accepted and which has allowed her to gain international experience and broaden her training both personally and professionally. Upon her return, she rejoined the reception at the Eurostars Hotel and a year later she was proposed for the position of Head of Reception, which she has held for two years now.
From his time at the university, he positively values the academic knowledge acquired, as well as the constant help and motivation received from his professors. From those years he also remembers with special affection, the great union between colleagues and the exceptional moments shared with them.
