As soon as he obtained his Journalism Degree, our young colleague was one of the seven selected, among eighty-three candidates from ten Madrid universities, by the jury of the XVII Edition of the First Job Program, organized since 2000 by the Madrid Press Association (APM).
What has allowed him to sign a contract as a journalist at the EFE Agency in the Culture section. Specifically, he performed the work of News Editor in the largest international information agency in the Spanish language in the world and the fourth in general.
Previously Kay has worked as an editor in the newspaper Público.es, has been a fellow of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports in the Department of Communication Sciences of the Rey Juan Carlos University and has also been one of the editors of the university newspaper Chroniconomic.
His time at the university was a great experience for him, especially because of the classmates he met and because of the skills that the professors taught him to develop, both of which, in his opinion, are essential to be useful in the profession. Both friends and good teachers, who were of special quality, encouraged and motivated him to reach the best of his abilities during his university period. And he recognizes that, despite the inconveniences and people who did not make his way easier, it is worth continuing with them.
