PGRI: Surveys and Indicators

The General Information Collection Plan collects the set of surveys that will be carried out by the Rey Juan Carlos University, as well as the catalog of indicators which will be presented to those responsible for the Quality Assurance System to serve as support in the process of monitoring the degrees before the renewal of the accreditation. That is, the purpose of the PGRI is:

  • Detect in the annual monitoring reports of the degrees and centers possible deviations from the verified report, weak points and improvement actions that must be put into practice.
  • Know the degree of satisfaction of the different interest groups put into practice the improvement actions derived from your analysis.

The teaching quality service, together with those responsible for the Vice-Rector's Office for Quality, performs the following functions related to the URJC Information Collection Plan:

  • Plan, execute, analyze and prepare reports on the results of surveys and opinion studies of interest groups (stakeholder satisfaction, teaching evaluation, etc.)
  • Prepare global reports on indicators of degrees and centers.
  • Provide information to governing bodies and Quality Assurance Commissions for decision-making, which includes the development and design of a catalog of quality indicators.
  • Promote the transparency of the different degree indicators through the URJC website.
  • Advice and participation in the process of detecting the needs and expectations of the URJC interest groups.
